according to the radiographic diagnosis- if it is approaching to pulp - will go for IPC/ pulpotomy followed by stainless steel crown and if it is involving pulp it will go for pulpectomy followed by ssc.
In accordance with the radiographic analysis, clinically ,while treating the tooth,if there is an iatrogenic pulpal exposure with sound dentin then the line of treatment will change accordingly..in this case a pulpotomy procedure can be carried out which will be a chairside decision.
